First of all I want to thanks Vishnu &family. These people made us feel homely with the tastiest food and warm gesture of welcome and service. The view from the property will relax your mind. The room was so clean and fresh air coming from the balcony will make you feel so good. We will definitely visit the property again. Make sure to book the room in advance.

I had booked 2 rooms 1 AC and 1 Non AC. Upon arrival at the Hotel we came to know that the Hotel person had given our 1 AC room to another guest with 8-10 people in that room. After argument with the Hotel they asked the guest to vacate the room and handed over to us. We were left stranded for 1 hour until the mess was cleared by Hotel. We felt cheated at this stage as how did the Hotel person gave away the room without completing the time of no show which was 12 midnight The second non AC Room had such a bad smell which made us uncomfortable to even sit in that room. Even after multiple cleaning and using air freshener the smell still existed. There was no reception area. There was no light in the surrounding area The Hotel was very much into the jungle and far away from main road and the sign boards were hardly visible in dark. The surrounding was scary.

Absolutely peaceful. Rahul was very attentive, he never missed our any call and helped us for everything within short time. Location is to die for. Property is located at hills near Kashid beach. As we travelled on Friday, because weekends are full of tourists, there were just us in whole property and it was like a home away from home. We tried fried fish Thali for dinner. Food was tasty too. Suggestion is try to provide simple salad with Thali. Price is totally value for money. There are total 6 rooms and a nice restaurant where you have cool breeze at night. Property is exactly as shown in pictures, maybe more beautiful than pictures. Going there again in nearby weekends soon.

Unfortunately absolutely negligible service. Had ordered for breakfast at 8 am, received it only after 10:30 am, despite reminding them nearly 20 times. The property is new, so I believe they're yet to adjust to having customers around. However, the staff was somewhat cordial. Also they'll ask you to go Back to your rooms by 11pm, since they believe it's the right Kind of bedtime and they want to Switch off the veranda lights. Rooms are good, clean enough. View of the sahyadri mountains is majestic. Some of the construction work is still going on, so there's no concrete parking, however you get plenty of space to park your two wheelers and four wheelers. The property is located away from the main road, thus less noise and a peaceful time can be spent here. Definitely recommended, provided the service improves over time.
