From the airport transit view point, it's a very good hotel. Airport entry is just half kms away from this hotel. The rooms are also very good, comfortable, and clean. But Service is not at all up to the mark.lady on the reception counter was least bothered about coming guests. We had 3-4 bags but nobody came to the front door to help us with our luggage to take it to the room.

they agreed to provide room with 24 hours check out facility.... overall experience is good. located close to the airport is the advantage. but main locations in city are within 5 kilometers from the hotel. spacious rooms with basic facilities. you have to ask for coffee powder and milk powder. water bottle is not provided. I didn't ask either. didn't try the food as the restaurant was deserted at 1 pm!!!! the air conditioner duct makes lots noise throughout the time it is on. the receptionist says it is same in all rooms. a renovation is due, but I don't think they'll invest in it for next few years.

Note sure how come this place has an overall rating of 4.0. Don’t trust that-it’s just a 1-2 rated hotel. Just below average rooms, not clean, mosquitoes and congested. Location very near to the airport, 5minutes in taxi/auto. Reception staff is very nice and cooperative -only reason to give an overall rating of 1.

It was great experience stay at Kings way hotel.We came to Trivandrum for a KTM work shop at Hyacinth.The service standard was excellent and beyond the expectations.Really worth to the standard of a 4 star hotel.

Worst service ever for the price. Room service hangs up on you without any reason. HOUSEKEEPER ENTERED MY ROOM WITHOUT MY PERMISSION WHILE I WAS OUTSIDE! If you care about your personal belongings or your privacy with your partner please avoid this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
