We stayed at Hotel Arulmuthu Residency in December, trust me the hotel stay exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious for the money that they charge. Other side of hotel which is shown in the website looks more like a resort. Rooms are clean, hygienic,a good place for 2 night stay. We family loved the stay and extended it to one more night. We would surely book and recommended others for future stay. Thank you

After looking reviews of so many hotels i came across this and Liked everything about the hotel. Rooms are clean and the greenery around the hotel added its ambience . Safetywise also safe for the family stay. Price also affordable

We were searching for decent rooms as good rooms in the city were sold out mostly on 28th dec,enquired here and got a decent room for a surprise.The receptionist and staffs are very courteous,please don't believe the negative reviews that the staffs are not disciplined infact they are very helping.The vadakkans visiting madurai for pilgrimage are totally spoiling good hotels reputation by posting comments like this. Sure shot it is a good hotel for family💯

Sitting outside the room in the open corridor was more pleasant than being inside the room. We checked into room 505 at 7.30 pm. 1. Ac non functional - After about waiting for 2 hrs to cool the room as mentioned by the staff, we found that ac was non functional. Went ahead to the reception to complain about it (he agreed to change the room in an instant, as if he was aware that AC was non functional). We further moved to room 503. 2. Unhygienic room and cockroaches- Post moving into room 503, we found the room dirty with strands of hair at places (of previous occupants), to our dismay we found two cockroaches roaming inside the room. Hope the hotel administration looks into this and rectify it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
