Not good for this hotel location was too much crowded city and i was booked a executive room wht they can not provide all room amenities and room condition was not good,bathroom was smelled and ac was not properly working. Food was good and service boy also good..so i cant recommend to this hotel

I would not suggest this place for families especially with young girls. The area outside the hotel is an auto spares market , a narrow dingy lane - which doesn't feel safe for families/ladies at night. Also loud music plays till late night with the music systems in the vehicles being tested. However it's not bad for others. Once you cross the auto spares lane (hardly 50-60m), then you're on Arya Samaj road on the one side or the Gurudwara road on the other side which are both arterial roads in Karol Bagh. Bikanervala and Roshan Di Kulfi both very renowned restaurants and sweet shops are very close by and so is the Karol Bagh clothes market. The metro is about 800m from the hotel. Karol Bagh station and Jhandewalan station are equidistant from the hotel. Don't go by the pics on the internet, the hotel is a very old property. However, the staff is good, polite and helpful. Finally coming to the rooms, they are compact size rooms comfortable for 2 people at the most even in their executive room (which we got a free upgrade to from the delux room - thanks to the staff). Bathrooms are a decent size and neat and clean.

The staff was really polite and cooperative. Room was decent and clean. Located in the busy streets of Karol Bagh, it has a good connectivity. Though the streets are narrow and avoid bringing your own car to that area.

I stay here for 3 nights with my family, I booked Maharaja Family Room, The room was very spacious and clean, My children enjoyed lot specially sleeping on bunk beds, its a great experience. The staff was very friendly & helpful, Room interior & facilities are great 😊 Washroom was big in size and clean, Amenities & facilities are not less than a 5 star hotel. We are 3 Adults & 2 kids all enjoyed lot. Lot of thanks to Satya, Dharmendra, Santosh and both Naveen giving us a amazing experience. We recommend others to stay here as it is a beautiful family hotel.

They charged more than the mrp pf their chips and water bottle , first they this is compliments then they charger above on the mrp . Dont book this hotel worst hotel in my life

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
