Receptionist demanded money for the boys, even when there is absolutely no help take from them. Rooms were clean and Hot water facility was available! Provides 24 hours checkin checkout facility. Located very near to Vishnu Nivasam.

We stayed in Rajamata on 16.01.2024. Rooms are very dirty and cupboard is full of dust. Please be cautious to check bath fitting etc once check in. They claimed damage from us for bath fittings though we have not broken.

One of the worst Hotel Room i had ever visited. The blankets and pillow covers were extremely nasty. Despite of informing this to the management, they still replaced with a better dirty piece. The service is pathetic. No proper response and poor service quality. The Rooms are OK!. Non A/C rooms are better than A/C Rooms which is kinda strange. 1300 RS is never gonna be worth a penny. The hotel need to improve a lots in its service.

A very good and cheap place to stay. Good room, bed, bathroom with hot water supply etc. They need to put toilet shower in toilet in place of mugs. Also, the room services need to be improved. I was asked by the floor attendant to fill in water from the water filter, which was not correct. I had requested to clean the room but he didn't clean and also didn't helped in taking luggage in & out.

We stayed last month while our tirupati visit , booked through our travel agent "Ganesh house Tours & travel " two rooms in this property , Very good condition budget property for family members , And AC rooms were very good condition maintained . Staff friendly ,we recommended this property again . Thanks to our travel Agent Ganesh House tour& Travel MP Manoj Kovalam

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
