Hotel has lots of potential to be really good. Polite staff and generally good service but the bathrooms in the rooms can be cleaner. We had to ask for another room because the bathroom in the first room given to us was not clean. In this day and age, there’s no excuse. You run a hotel which is marketed as upmarket then your bathrooms have to be gleaming.

We stayed for one night at the hotel. Primary reason for choosing this hotel was its proximity to the airport. We had 4 rooms for 8 adults and 2 kids. They charged 4500 for double occupancy and 1000+tax for extra bed. I believe the rates are high given the rooms are old and in need of renovation. The food was very good. We had lunch, dinner and complimentary breakfast at the hotel. Not all the items in the breakfast was not ready by 7am and we had to leave by 7:30. But every dish we had here was good so a big thumbs up for the food. The location is ok if you have a flight to catch. Otherwise it is in a part of town on either side of the hotel are govt offices and quarters so not much to do. Srirangam temple is about 40 minutes by cab.

The rooks are very spacious. We stayed in the villas. They are absolute value for money. The bathrooms are also very big. The breakfast spread is very good. Lots of delicious items served with a lot of affection. Overall staff very polite and always helpful. Even at midnight people will come to assist. We are delighted to stay here.

My recent stay at the SRM Hotel was truly delightful. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I was greeted by a friendly and attentive staff who ensured my comfort throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean, providing a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's amenities, including the pool and fitness center, added an extra layer of enjoyment to my visit. The dining options were diverse and offered a delectable range of culinary delights. The central location of the hotel made it convenient to explore nearby attractions. Without a doubt, SRM Hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay.

A Stay to Remember: Exceptional Service at SRM Hotel, Tiruchi Our family's two-night stay at SRM Hotel in Tiruchi was a remarkable experience, made unforgettable by the dedicated staff and the comfort of our interconnecting villas. The villas provided a cozy retreat for our group of 4 adults and 2 children, blending privacy with family togetherness seamlessly. The welcome we received from Rohini at the front desk was warm and efficient, setting a hospitable tone from the very beginning. In the dining area, John's attentive service was noteworthy, especially when he ensured that I could enjoy Pongal on the festival day, bringing a taste of local tradition to our table. The pinnacle of our stay was the extraordinary service provided by Mr. Anand Prakash, the F&O manager. Despite being new to his role, Anand displayed a commitment to guest satisfaction that far exceeded his job description. His willingness to guide us through congested roads and unexpected diversions to the Tiruvanaikaval temple was nothing short of remarkable. His constant vigilance, ensuring we were following him amidst the traffic, spoke volumes about his dedication and personal investment in our well-being. While the service from Rohini, John, and Anand was exceptional, it's pertinent to mention that the overall consistency in service quality varied. The stark difference highlights the need for a cohesive effort to elevate the service standards to the exemplary level demonstrated by these dedicated individuals. In summary, our stay at SRM Hotel in Tiruchi was not just comfortable due to the lovely setting of the interconnecting villas, but also deeply memorable because of the heartfelt service provided by the staff, especially Rohini, John, and notably Anand. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
