        I regret to inform you of the unsatisfactory experience I encountered during my recent stay at your establishment. The primary issues revolve around both the discourteous behavior of the receptionist and the subpar conditions of the room. Rude Service: The receptionist displayed a disconcerting lack of patience and professionalism, casting a shadow over the entire check-in process and setting a negative tone for my stay. Unacceptable Room Conditions: The room itself was far from satisfactory. Not only was it inadequately cleaned, but the persistently loud fans made for an uncomfortable and disruptive atmosphere, significantly impacting the quality of my stay. I trust that you will take these concerns seriously and take the necessary steps to improve both staff conduct and room conditions for the benefit of your guests.

        Rooms are in very worst condition. So many mosquitos. No sleep in night. No proper lights in the room. Even fan also so much noise. Finally this hotel is very worst.

        It was raining on the day we stayed and the room started to leak from the A/C unit and when we complained to the manager he literally ignored it. The room was also filled with mosquitoes and the management refused to agree with that. Also there is no a/c remote to control the temperature. All in all it was a very bad experience and waste of money, they charge so high and provide the worst service.

        Very good room.bathroom are cleaned..The problem is mosquito bite.....and from bathroom we can hear the sound of next corridor.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
