        Pathetic smelly rooms. Unclean and unhygienic and rooms are very lousy smelling of cigarettes. Bedspreads are very unclean and very thin. We were shivering at night and the caretaker was reluctant to give another bed sheet and asked us to share the one already on the bed. Then on insisting he gave another which was also very bad. When we checked out no one was there. We called the caretaker and he asked to place the keys at the reception and leave. So no safety also. Family travellers pls avoid this place. Very disappointed.

        Rooms are definitely good, clean and nice. Even bathroom was great there. Place is little bit far from airport, bus stand or railway station. Apart from that it is near by lot of showrooms and food places one must try roy restaurant near by my person recommendation.

        All in all it's an excellent deal! It is a bit hard to find your way there, and the business is split into two sections (apartment building, and a "resort"). The service was slow, and we could barely find people at the reception. However, they were kind and told us about the monuments nearby. It's a walking distance away from places like the Rock Temple, and Panchavarnaswamy temple, which I highly recommend! The downside would probably be the fact that food options are somewhat limited. You need to walk around a bit to find a more affordable place to eat. Once again, I doubt you'll find a better deal in the area. Highly recommend it!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
