Room was very small. The bathroom did not have proper screen so water splashed all across the dry areas. The bathroom floor tiles were broken. They did not provide hand towels even after asking - they claimed that they will provide hand towels only if requested. Service was poor - during booking was told that late checkout charge was Rs. x but later while checking out they said it was x+500. Had to insist that I was told a different amount during booking and then the staff obliged. During booking I was told that late checkout would not be a problem but while requesting for late checkout they claimed that it was impossible. They were taking double standards and changing their response according to their whims and fancies. Water was cold even after using 3 to 4 buckets of supposedly 'hot' water. When asked about it there was no regret or apology expressed - instead they said we could have told about it earlier. When requesting for a room cleaning service, I was told that they would not clean because we were checking out on that day - I was really shocked by this response. I had to insist to get the cleaning done due to late checkout. I am giving 2 because some of the staffs were a bit less rude and there was some response despite the delays or absence of politeness. Breakfast buffet was good - would give 4.8 out of 5.

Average experience compared to other 3 star hotels. Complimentary Breakfast is good. Room service dining experience is good and quick. Staff seems not much active, had to followup multiple times. No valet and covered parking. Far from the temple area.

Hotel was good, but not the service, as the room that we stayed had bathroom jetspray not working, we told them to fix it while we went on our day tour but it was not fixed even after returning. The restaurant below was good with free breakfast (that came along with the stay) as they provided good variety, but for lunch time when we ordered, the food took hours to reach table. It's better to go out and have food.
