This was not my first choice but the hotels I usually stay at were booked out for the republic day weekend so I had no other choice. The claim of being a 4 star hotel is simply false, it is far from it. Rooms aren't really clean and neither is the furniture inside, the pillows were as thin as the blanket, and there seemed to be rats or some other creatures in the AC vents. We could hear the noises throughout the night and when I mentioned it at the reception while checking out the staff member did not seem very bothered by it. He gave me a very nonchalant "I'll check it" without even looking at me. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel.

Good location to stay but not many options for food also rooms were not very clean. We booked 3 rooms and in one of the room AC was not working l and also leakage in bathroom...staff was not well dressed.it does not feel like 4 star property. Best thing about hotel is view only if you get the room on higher floor. Forum Mall is near by.

Neat and tidy. Spent only one night. Service falls short for a four star hotel. The forgot my request for a wake up call, and I had to wait more than 30 minutes for someone to attend to me after informing the reception that I am ready to check out.

Our stay was disappointing. The AC in the room was quite weak requiring us to keep the fan on the entire time. The room was damp because of this. To make things worse we saw two cockroaches at night in the bathroom. The room was the biggest let down. The staff was polite and food was ok, nothing memorable. I would advise the management to take the reviews seriously and make amends. We saw a prior review about roaches and our agent had called them to make sure such issues were resolved, they said the issues were resolved but that was not true in our case.

We had an overnight stay on december. The service providers at the reception were wonderful. Rooms were clean and the complimentary breakfast was good too.please maintain the same..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
