Such a disastrous and disappointing experience I had with this hotel.The location of the hotel was superb and the view was fantastic.But the maintenance was 0/5. There are lot of glass pieces on the bed and my husband got his feet cut and started to bleed because of it. There are many tiny bits of glass pieces.They are least bothered about this issue and unapologetic.

One of the best hotel in mussoorie. They are situated just 100m from Picture palace. They provide ample amount of parking space within the hotel which itself is challnge in mussoorie. Hotel gives a majestic view of dehradun. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is also good.

Rooms were neat and clean. There were delays in room services except that everything was good. Food served in restaurant was also good. Location is near by mall road . The view from hotel is also awesome.We can enjoy pleasant atmosphere of masoori from hotel. Cleanliness : 4 Room service :3 Food :4

We had a great stay at this property. Only problem is the google maps. Maps by default shows the shortest route via Jharipani road which is too too steep even for good drivers. Just stay on the Mussoorie cart road and take the turn to Ram-Krishna Marg when Mussoorie filling station - Petrol pump comes. From there you can trust the google maps.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
