Very dirty Hotel. Worst service, Room, table, toilet, bedding all very dirty. Do not provide even drinking water. Only greedy for money. Worst experience of a hotel in my entire life, location is so crowdy on very narrow road. Toilet flush not working, cupboard rods broken, dust everywhere in the room. Staff making fool of tourist. Please please never visit such a garbage hotel.

Room was too small but the room charges were so high. Room service was so poor that every time we have to ask for necessary items which all hotels are providing without asking. Toilet flush was leaking badly. Location was good, crowdy and walkable distance from railway station (Gujarat Samaj lane). A boy at reception counter in night was quite helpful and supportive.

Very bad experience with this hotel, if there is a option of zero rating, then I will give that. I was in room no 203 from 20 oct to 21 oct 2022. It is basically a oyo room named with hotel dev 1. They switched off power supply in night for 4-5 hrs. When I enquire in other hotels and informed owner, then they switch on it 2.There was no water in bathroom when we came back from rishikesh tour 3. TV WIFI and intercom was not working 4.The stuffs are not doing there duty in stead of making time pass. I feel due to this incompatible stuff who is not doing there duty, hotel is not able to make profit though it is in prime location of haridwar. Only 5-6 check in everyday and 70-80% rooms are vacant

One of the best hospitality venture. I was blessed for these services when my kid need like warm milk and a sanitized blanket. Awesome Superb Sir. Service staff so cooperative, rooms so near & tidy. They offered quality and customised food if u don't eat onion, they make it that way. Profound hotels chain in North India and in many other states. Glasses covered by cover, washroom Deep hygienic just a class ahead. I give 6 out of 5 star ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ratings. Kudos #StayGo Hotels.

I would have given 0 if had that option. Room: Booked a 4 bed room for family. Even though we arrived later than our check-in time the rooms were not ready. Not even a bottle of water offered. The room had zero ventilation, with damp walls the smell of which was overpowering. Infact you would get the damp smell the moment you enter the ground floor lobby. The AC made terrible noises all throughout. Bedsheets had stains and pillows and quilt looked like they had not been washed for years. The room was full of dust everywhere and on mentioning the staff said Ma'am that much dirt will be there. There was a TV and phone just for show. Washroom equally bad smelling. Lift: Bad smelling with Pan spits everywhere. Staff: If you ask them to bring something they'll bring it from outside with your money - water, cold drink. Have got excuses against all dirt related compliants.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
