The stay was excellent. The rooms were neat and clean. The place was silent and felt very safe. The staffs were very kind, friendly and helpful. The view was beautiful. Most recommended stay for vacation. There a manager by the name Aashik, who really helped us arrange for star gazing. Thanks to him and his team we had a great star gazing night and we viewed many shooting stars too. Thanks so much

The rooms are ok (a bit old and the bathroom not extremely clean). The pool is nice. This is our second stay and were VERY dissatisfied with the restaurant service. They forgot to bring one meal to the table, didn't have all the items on the menu available and most importantly they were rude, loud and snappy. Some staff members were throwing plates around in the kitchen, some others were yelling at eachother. Service at the restaurant was all in all terrible.

Yes, the rooms are a lil outdated but it was clean and was fully stocked with everything you need. The front desk staff were great - very friendly and respectful. Location is close to the temple and the ashram. Highly recommend!!

Yes. Reception desk madam and gentle men were courteous and gave a warm welcome and all information about resort facilities and surroundings and offered excellent services. Special mention to retuarant dining executive Mr.Suresh who showed extreme courtesy and served food in time and to taste. Overall a pleasant experience we had with all staff.

Good place, very close to Sri Rama ashram with easy travel to the main temple of Lord Arunachala. Good green ambience, enough parking space and a restaurant inside. Service and food quality is above average. Scores marks for location, comfortable room and polite crew.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
