The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. A well-maintained, spacious room. The food, including both breakfast and dinner, was excellent despite being a bit pricey; overall, it was worth the money. On our last day, we had to leave early, and the staff's customer-centric approach stood out as they thoughtfully packed breakfast for our journey.

The interiors of the hotel are good Food is fine Service the Poorest. Spacious rooms but dirty Beds not comfy n not clean Had to ask multiple times for toiletries and still not received hanight. Staff wasn't courteous. I would highly recommend not to book this hotel on your trip to udaipur. It's outside of Udaipur. Had book3r 4 rooms for a team of 10 members none of them was not happy with the service

Sterling Balicha has bad location, right on the highway with trucks blowing horns throughout the night and lack of double glazing on windows. The restaurant stahl and housekeeping staff need to be trained to achieve even Sterling standards. Recep staff was excellent. Even Restaurant staff were friendly but it was obvious that they were ill-trained.

Good service and excellent food. Overall satisfied with the experience. Mr. Manish- the manager was particularly excellent and ensured we had a good experience. I would also like to highlight Ms Ritu Sharma. She did a fantastic job at the restaurant catering to the needs of all guests, that too with a bright smile. Enjoyed the christmas Gala dinner organised.

The restaurant experience was not nice. after 3 reminders also they could not provide an omelet to the kid in breakfast table. Something as basic as soup took 25 minutes to serve.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
