Nice property with elegant monastery interiors. Stayed for 3 nights. The travel desk was responsive in getting the inner permits on time. Breakfast spread moderate. Location away from Gangtok city. Could have been better if there were few local shops and eateries nearby but none. However a relaxed stay.

Stayed there for 2 days n 3 nights... Rooms are well maintained.. Services are very nice... Foods are very tasty...Specifically General Manager (Prena Lama) is very nice n humble... Very much satisfactory... Will visit this hotel again in future ☺

Bad experience. Not sure how it's rated 4 star. Rooms were not good. Intially it was stinking. No hair dryer. Phone was not working. When they provide room shouldn't it be checked thoroughly? I didn't feel fresh in room at all. Staff was not quick in service. They asked us to have dinner in casino which was pathetic. Food served was cold. They had arranged dinner in casino which was not comfortable for family. Tasteless food. Same menu everyday. Even when asked to serve hot and fresh food they denied the request. Bad experience. Would regret staying in this hotel

There were so many issues with rooms, like water heater not working properly, showers were all clogged, the toilet flush panel was broken. Wifi did not work at all, the range was not available in rooms, and the speed was also very slow. Breakfast was terrible, paranthas were over cooked making them super tight and hard, omelets were never cooked properly. Half of the food was never refilled. We booked this hotel based on reputation of sterling however it totally disappointed us.

Went just for food there. Location is great. Service was a bit slow. But to compensate they gave us free ice creams. However spacious restaurant. It looked like they have buffet for the customers there in hotel. Food was great. We had Pasta and chicken dry fry.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
