We recently stayed at resort ⛵ for a quick family getaway. Despite the short stay, we were impressed by the resort's beautiful location, lake view and well-maintained facilities. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment for our overnight stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our needs were met promptly. Although we only had one night, our experience left us eager to return for a longer stay in the future. Highly recommend for a peaceful retreat with family.

To start with location of the resort it is located in outskirts of the town so please plan your travel keeping this in mind. The size of the resort is pretty large and offers variety of services (basic ones are complimentary, you will have to pay for other services). Now coming to rooms, they didnt match the price we pay. I felt rooms are very old and dark with no proper ventilation. (This might be the room we were offered). Restaurant is good and bar section was also good. They offered wide variety of items in dinner buffet. Unfortunately, we had to leave early in the morning so couldnt catch the breakfast buffet. Ambience wise the resort is excellent. To sum up, we were not satisfied with our stay.

1. Room Discrepancy: We booked a Lake View Premium Room, specifically attracted by the mention of a bathtub. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the actual room did not align with the representations on the MakeMyTrip platform. The absence of the promised bathtub was particularly disappointing. 2. Cruise Miscommunication: We were pleased to be offered a complimentary cruise and opted for the 5-6 pm slot to enjoy the sunset. Regrettably, the receptionist informed us of a policy change resulting in only one timing for the cruise that day (4-5 pm). This information turned out to be inaccurate, as another group embarked on the 5-6 pm cruise upon our return. This miscommunication was a significant inconvenience. 3. Mosquito Issue After Sunset: Post-sunset, the hotel premises became challenging to navigate due to a notable increase in mosquito activity. This hindered our ability to explore and enjoy the facilities after dark. 4. Algae Odor: The presence of an artificial lake within the hotel premises, coupled with an adjacent natural lake, led to a continuous and unpleasant algae smell. This detracted from the overall experience of the surroundings. 5. Value for Money: Reflecting on our stay, we believe that the hotel did not justify the price paid. Additionally, its location on the outskirts posed challenges, prompting us to opt for an alternative accommodation in town on the second day, which proved to be a more satisfying investment.

Traveled with my family : Pros: very great view, hygienic, neat clean rooms, polite and very good staff. On call buggy. Can watch colorful birds with in vicinity of hotel. Cons : Missing slides for kids. Food is good but not very great.

Had stayed at Sterling Lake Palace for 1 day in Oct 23. In general the location of the resort is excellent. The facilities available are good. The overall lighting in the room and the outdoor lighting needs to be improved. The staff are courteous. Feel that the rooms need to be revamped as they seem quite old.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
