Good property and happy to see it restored to its former glory and it is well maintained. The food is very good, not too heavy and easy on the stomach. You can stay for a long time and not get overwhelmed with the hotel food. The staff are very friendly and are helpful. Enjoyable holiday with warm memories.

Recently I have stayed for one day with family in this property. We had booked a family suite. The suite was spacious. Felt like at home. My family liked and highly appreciated the accommodation, food and hospitality. It was overall a great experience. The communication, staff attitude, services are extremely good. Very tasty food and hygienic. The rooms were equipped with all required things including room heaters. Over all highly satisfied and will recommend every one to take their services. Note: The property is a little old, but very well maintained and decorated.

We loved staying here for 4 days. The service by Venkat at the restaurant was wonderful and excellent. The house keeping staff were prompt and good. The buffet was very good. We enjoyed our trip and had a great stay.

It was a pleasant experience, food was very nice and they have a variety of foods to choose and very nice ambience. My kid is a very picky eater and we didn’t face any issues because of the variety of foods. Our heartfelt thanks to CHEF RAMKUMAR and the hotel staff’s. We requested a special takeaway for my kid which we can’t get in any hotels and they did it with such care. Thank you sir. We will stay in sterling lake next time too😍

First the positives - 1) The hotel is located near the lake 2) The 1 BR room that we stayed was spacious and had a view of the lake from the room. Unfortunately the negatives outweigh the positives 1) The frond end desks could not manage the influx of incoming guests, many of them had traveled long distances looking forward to a peaceful stay. We were lucky to get the room at around 3:30 pm. Many were still waiting for their rooms. 2) There was no free tables in the dining area during dinner. By the time we got the table, many items on the including desserts / pastries were never replenished. This was the same situation during breakfast too. The sad part was that they knew the guest count because all rooms were booked, but were totally unprepared on the food requirement as well as availability of tables. Maybe cost cutting was in their mind. Food taste was just ok. 3) No parking within the premises. You have to park on the edges of the compound wall surrounding the property. 4) We were refused in room dining, even though the room has a menu list with food items and prices. 5) Up selling of sterling membership. This is one thing i hate during our holidays, we want to enjoy our stay, but they make sure to spend an hour or two marketing the membership benefits and the fees etc I would not recommend this hotel during busy seasons (maybe during off peak seasons). It is not worth the price.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
