Service is exceptional. The staff called to check on the day of the check in - figured we are delayed and would arrive after buffet closed- offered to keep the food in the room along with an oven to heat the food we asked. When we had early checkout - the chef personally ensured that a breakfast pack with sandwiches, fruits and muffins are under out by the reception in the morning

The experience was amazing. The rooms were quite nice and spacious. The serving people were very polite and helpful. The only thing that disappointed me a bit was that the location of the hotel was very far from the Mall Road.

Hotel was good for family to stay.. Kids zone is paid one which not good..onces your a customer of hotel. Location is far from mall road...so need to have transport if your stay in hotel and wants to visit mall road in evening time. Food is very costly.so better take food from local restaurant.

I recently stayed at Sterling Manali and was deeply dissatisfied with the experience. The management was extremely rude and uncooperative, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. The food served was of poor quality. Moreover, the rigid and unfriendly policies, such as not allowing visitors in rooms, further dampened the holiday spirit. Their spa is also closed and they did not allow outside services. They also shutdown the restaurant and no food is available. Food will only be made available if the tickets for the evening program that's going to be held here on the 31st is bought, which costs rs 6500. They also disallow outside food. They are extremely intruding as well. Overall, the unprofessional behavior of the staff and the subpar services have unfortunately ruined my vacation. Absolutely the most atrocious hotel iv ever been to. Avoid this place like a foul disease if you don't want to ruin your manali stay.

Rooms are really spacious and have all the amenities. Staff is very helpful & polite. Food is also good. Definitely a delightful stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
