I would like to share my positive experience at the hotel. The receptionist and staff were the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered. They left a great first impression of the hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional, from its cleanliness to its style and spaciousness. During breakfast and dinner, we had an excellent service experience. The dining staff was energetic and hospitable with great knowledge. Vikas and his team provided us with exceptional service and the food was good and great value for money. The service was attentive and efficient, and we had a wonderful experience overall.

I recently stayed at Sterling Hotel Mantra, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring a warm welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, and provided a comfortable retreat. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the surrounding area, and the on-site amenities, including a fantastic restaurant and well-maintained fitness center, added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend for anyone seeking a delightful and memorable stay. Staff food management - Mr. Tejendra was very helpful. Staff Mr Vijay, Mr. Deepak and Mr. Nimit they decorated room very beautiful.

They stay was comfortable. It’s a small hotel with no extra curricular activities. The location is much before the main city so isolated and nothing to do in the hotel.. The mandatory charges of 2800/- should not be levied as the TDH menu is not good at all and if there are less guests then buffet breakfast is also not laid..

Hospitality was good. Vikas, Amit Kastwal, Vinod and all other service staff persons done great job. Chef Sanjay Chauhan food taste was too good. Reception staff namely Arvind Rawat, Himanshu Joshi and Ritik done well. Over all thumb up.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
