The property is luxurious. Everything is perfect about the resort except for the location. A little aloof from the main city. No travel desk. City travel union charge untra high prices to go even for a very short distances. The cottage at the foothills have accessibility issue. There's no elevator, only stairs , about 210 steps to reach level 16. Problematic for aged travellers. The food is superb, service is extraordinary.

Its a beautiful property, situated on spring road, away from the busy mall road. Location is very scenic. The resort is built in 22 blocks on the edge of a mountain. The lower you go block wise, the better the view is. Internet connectivity is an issue but good at upper floors and reception area. They serve good garhwali food. This is one of best sterling resort in North India. Must visit with family. Staff is very cooperative.

Excellent experience. Very good service. Very polite and helpful staff. Will like to come back. A Coffee Corner is badly needed And for hospitality full marks. 1st Day dinner buffet was good so the breakfast, but dinner made my stomach uncomfortable.💯

Rooms are good but need to get updated as per 2024 view point. Restaurant is big good but less exhust due to it non veg smell flows in the Restaurant and big mistakes they can make is giving non veg food to veg people. The Restaurant manager Mr Jitendra followed up us well after that incident happened. Subham very well who kept on watch on us for his service. Overall bit disappointing n good experience of valley view n quite rooms.

Reaching the location is very difficult. Best to book your own car. But you will have a great view. We booked a 1br. Rooms are big. We were with a 1 year old and 4 year old. Would not recommend booking a place far from reception, as climbing up stairs takes a long time and can be tiring.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
