Sterling Nainital is a decent 3 star hotel with all necessary amenities and great views. Starting with what stands out-the location, being just 7kms or 20ish minutes from Nainital, the property offers great views of the mountains around and has great connectivity road wise. The staff here is extremely hospitable, always going the extra mile to make sure all expectations are met. What the property probably lacks is space, being right in the mountains, there is practically no flat surface around and nothing outside of the room to spend time or chill around at. The game, though, is well kept and has all basic indoor games. The food is good enough but the buffet spread during dinner can be improved especially with better dessert items. Overall, had a comfortable and sweet stay at Sterling.

The rooms in Nainital Sterling are fully furnished and very spacious. Also the cleanliness was the best. The food in the resort was excellent and fresh. The games organized by the resort for the Christmas celebrations on 24th dec 2023 was excellent. We all had very good fun and felt at home. Great job indeed !!!

Pros: Excellent Hotel with Excellent Staff, good service. Hotel has excellent valley view. Cons: Hotel is located a little far away from main mall road and is on a road which is closed at 5pm to 9pm to avoid tourist crowding.
