A Decent Stay in Madurai I recently stayed at this hotel in Madurai and overall had a satisfactory experience. The hotel boasts a good location, with a decent price point and accommodating staff. However, it seems they are still recovering from the impact of Covid, as their poolside restaurant was closed during my visit. The hotel has only one functioning restaurant, and while the food was average, it didn't quite meet the high standards I expected from Madurai cuisine, especially the non-vegetarian dishes. Perhaps this could be an area for improvement. On a positive note, the hotel staff and room service were commendable, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the ample and free parking space for hotel guests was a convenient feature. In conclusion, this hotel is a good choice for those seeking a convenient location and reasonable prices in Madurai. While there are areas for improvement, particularly in the culinary department, the overall experience was satisfactory.

I felt Wow after staying here for 2 days. The look and feel, hospitality, services, arrangement of transport facilities are really good. Actually we had plan to visit many places to have chettinad food. After having food here, we felt that this is one of the best restaurant for stay and food. As I stayed many hotels across the world for our business meetings, I can say that this is one of the best restaurants

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
