1. Remember if you visit this hotel "Dress to impress" i was solo traveller and usually dress very casually, the staff had a different treatment towards me, like when i checked in, they opened my bag without asking/informing and started checking, airport authorities dont do this. Every time i came back to hotel after going out, they asked for my ID to give the room key which is fine if they did with everyone, but wasn't the case. I had to ask three times only then room housekeeping was done. 2. Food is good no doubt. 3. Rooms are very small 4. Shower was very bad had very acute water pressure which felt sharp on the skin. 5. Lack of coordination, when i went to the Lunch buffet, after having Lunch, they asked me to pay, for which i requested to put it on my room tab, the lady's response was "Sir please check with reception, if they will say i will put it", so again like my first point "dress to impress" something they should check themselves, i was asked to do. I requested that if they can send someone with me to room and i will pay by my card to which they asked me to pay by online wallet, which i did to get out of hostile like situation. 6. Non smoking hotel, has a small cabin on 3rd floor where you can smoke. 7.Gym is small, okay for light workout, hygienic and very clean. 8. Swimming pool is clean, no separate pool/area for kids. 9.Location very good.

I am giving 5 star rating because this place is close to my heart. People are more welcoming here. The premium executive suite was way spacious and it was good. They have pool access. The hotel is very near to main road and near to MG road, Indiranagar. So for commuting there won't be any problem. The food is also good in the hotel.

This hotel feels more like a hostel. They treat you like students and would pass instructions to get to the room. They would not serve you well at the room too. Least cooperation and respect for the guests. I had intimidating experiences. I stayed there for four nights, and only on the last night I discovered that the mattress was torn. I don’t recommend this place to anyone!

Overall good experience. Rooms appear to be bit small. Shower system needs to be changed as it’s not comfortable. Service is good. Staff is responsive and polite.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
