Overall the place is located at a beautiful point but not maintained. If curated the place can do wonders. The view of beach was good the pool was small though. The staff were nice to us and set dinner also at breakfast area looking the sea. The major drawback of this place is the sound of music till 5 am. They sud definitely work on sound proof rooms. A good pathway to beach as we had to circus out to the beach.

The hotel chain used to be very good but this particular one is really disappointing.. the service was poor, the rooms were not worth the high price.. only thing we liked was the food . It was delicious.... The location is also too inside from the main parts of the city and they don't have their parking although there is a huge ground outside area where you can park... It's surrounded by pubs and discs so the sound of music is too loud throughout night till early morning... if you are looking for some quiet place this is not it...Overall it's not worth the hype...

A resort more for party goers, i didn't know and brought my two toddlers. Fortunately, despite the loud music, they fell asleep easily every night. The music was very good, loved the vibe it gave. The staff were very nice, always tried to go the extra mile, especially Pioranjan (I think his name was). The food was pretty good, and was specially catered from scratch to our dietary requirements. We got a reliable taxi number from reception. Rooms were cleaned on request. The pool was not always occupied so you might have to ask staff to turn on the pump if its not on. I gave a 5 star mostly based on staff efforts. The resort itself could do with a couple of improvements. A few recommendations: Along with the menu, maybe have like a welcome leaflet or pack that provides information to the guests, including pool times, food areas, food times, etiquettes etc. A lack of written information lead us to some confusion. Try and colab with the neighbouring resorts to get the outside beach bridge fixed, I know it's not your responsibility, but it effects your guests. It would be nice if it was fixed so everyone didn't have to jump over water to get to the beach. Try and make the path to the beach a little more aesthetically pleasing. Also maybe a little more lighting during darker times.

Awesome place and must to visit .. it's near Vagator beach in Goa .. The place has a great view of the sea The restaurant's they have with great variety of food and services... Lots of cocktail and cocktails with good presentations.... And the same is with food also they have many item which are very Awesome in tatse .. Overall great view and very good atmosphere must visit place ...

Worst experience ever.. bathrooms were clocked.. breakfast was worst.. we had 2 nights stay. They almost served same food, very cold food .. tea was not hot. My friend was not feeling she asked for lemonade they said we cannot serve it all they can give is lemon slice. Rooms were same whether u reserve lowest one or highest one there is literally no difference.. nd worst thing Ifelt was there was no privacy at all... we booked ocean front room nd it was near swimming pool so every person who is near pool or breakfast area can see into our room directly no privacy. Even staff passing through were looking inside.. so the reason we booked this resort to see great view we were not able to enjoy it atall.. site is under construction. And whole night u can hear loud music till 7am. Minus for cleanliness. The only good thing is location.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
