My partner and I stayed here for a week at the very beginning of the bust season in October. The staff were very courteous and attentive, special shout-out to Henry in the dining area! There was a good deal of construction happening below us, but the worker mostly completed their work by the evening. Breakfast was really good - a big variety of options and just really nice taste overall. There is a market conveniently located across the way where you can rent a motorbike, order a taxi, etc. The room was really good - all wood paneling, veranda, AC unit...The pool was OK, but the pool area in general could use some upkeep. Overall - highly recommended and really fairly priced!

I can't even begin to contain my pleasant surprise at finding such a beautiful accommodation at such a price. The staff were extremely courteous, the stay was cozy, comfortable and very clean, sustainable. But the highlight of the entire stay was the food! Such amazing, fresh, simply tasty food! The service done by Gautham and Ram at the eating area is beyond amazing. It made the stay for us!

Very tidy place,staff is very cooperative and helpful,anything you need will be done in a split of a second,I personally felt like I should chill out here instead of visiting beaches and site scenes.....Raj is a guy will draw anyone's attention,he takes extra steps to make you comfortable and he is so polite.... Loved his service and humbleness.

Very pleasant stay overall .. the staff is really nice and so was the food. The service is incredible. We stayed here for 4 days and had a very nice time. The location of the property is another dividend as it is in close proximity to a beautiful beach if you want to relax. Although the bathroom faucets in the could be better in terms of functionality.Overall recommended.

Cozy place, well maintained and tasteful interior and facilities. My highlight was the room / bungalow and the cleaning service. The hotel has a good standard of cleanliness and a nice room design. The fridge and the water kettle are useful items. Furniture for the terrace of every bungalow are suitable but could be equipped with some cushion. Whenever I asked the reception to fix something or provide for, they took care of it asap. Considering that it is monsoon period and many hotels protect their buildings from rainfalls, this accommodation manages to make a good impression without covers and messy gardens. Service in the restaurant was always attentive and kind but sometimes not that well organized (confused the order). This happened only once and is not a big deal at all. What I can assess as quality of food I was satisfied in general, however the portions were quite small regarding the price. I would definitely recommend the hotel considering the price and the offered quality compared to surrounding hotels. Only negative aspect - it might be a bit more far way from the center than other accommodation (but only a couple hundred meters so not noteworthy for people without troubles of walking).

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
