Worst service. We are here for 4 days and it has so many issues, even after informing they don’t bother to clear the issue and improve services. We don’t have hot water, house keeping guys are not professional and house keeping is very bad. Curtains are not good and seems like they don’t know how to maintain a hotel room. Worst wifi, smelly corridors, stains on the furnishing, patchy walls. If you can spend half a day in calling and ask them to clear the issues everyday, you can choose this hotel. View is good, but not worth when they are not offering a comfortable stay.

Please don't prefer staying in their cottages as they will be infested by flies book other rooms instead as they are worth it. The staff is so cooperative that they upgraded our room as we informed them about the flies issues. Overall amazing service, the hospitality service is top notch and they provide you with stuff like iron, hair drier, toiletries The food is amazing Pre-book the breakfast if possible

Too far from the crowd area... Hotel housekeeping will never pick your phone...you need to call reception for all time... Restaurant in this hotel has good/nice break fast...but not good in lunch or dinner.... Cab monopoly is running here....they will not allow outer cabs who is cheaper than local cabs...and will force you to book their cabs... Even hotel staff will also support those cabs....too bad ..this is... My 3k rupees was stolen from hotel...

DONT GO BY THE VIEW AND LOCATION! They have very good location with zero hospitality. They don’t even deserve one star!! We stayed there 2 nights but no good service at all aspecially worst hospitality. BIGGEST RED FLAG to the receptionist DATTARAJ. They just don’t give you privacy and keep on calling you on a room phone for checkout. I am so much frustrated. I still have so much to say but don’t want to NOT WORTH IT. I won’t suggest guys.

The resort is in soilim, the resort on the whole is a decent place with a serene view, a river flowing by, and a small swimming pool. Rooms are kept clean, the rooms have a tad bit of the old architecture and design. Pool timings are 7am to 8pm, they have limited parking space in the resort which could accommodate 9 to 10 cars. I had opted for the complimentary breakfast and dinner, the food served was nice. The staff was courteous and hospitable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
