Rooms in this place are pathetic, toilets/bathrooms are the worst. Management should take care of the resort so the guests don’t suffer unhygienic and pathetic rooms. However the Service staff (Prakash & Satish) in the restaurant are very good and took good care of the guests while meals were served. The location of the resort is good and just near the beach giving the guest an advantage to access beach and the food shacks with live music to enjoy their stay. Also, this beach is not very crowded if someone wants a relaxed vacation. Lastly, BEWARE of the TAXI union who don’t allow the online taxi services to pickup guests from near the beach as the union has a monopoly, they literally threaten the private taxis to not pickup and do business around the beach. It’s a shame that the authorities allow this. So if you want to travel around in a taxi, you will end up paying higher prices in the taxi union services. Bikes are preferential if you want to travel around, but mostly these have a fixed price of 500 rupees per day.

The resort's serene beach and beautiful environment made for a truly relaxing experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, especially Kavi who is very hospitable and kind and the amenities provided were top-notch. I especially loved how peaceful and tranquil the resort felt. Overall, I highly recommend Stone Wood Village Resort for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Goa.

Staffs are very friendlier. Kavi helped a lot to facilitate us during our stay. Location is worst. Roads are very narrow. Salt water in bathroom, there is no difference between sea water and bathroom water of the hotel. With this price you can find many good hotel in Goa with better location and facilities. Car parking is big challenge with this property.

This resort can be opted just for the location near to the beautiful morjim beach, rest all is thumbs down. Room: Small room and just ok for 2. Rest, dirty curtains, torn bedsheets, old cupboards, broken crockery in room. A/c not working and they could not fix it. Offered to change room at 10pm in the night while i raised complain in afternoon. Food: Just ok. Housekeeping staff insisted on giving ratings on google since we arrived and what he did. Not even a single service

Kavi helped us a lot in maintaining the room and with all our needs .. his services made the difference in our stay Prakash and others hospitality in restaurant made sure our food was services hot and kids options were taken care

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
