Beautiful antique property. Had all the luxury and modern amenities without taking away the old fashion feel. Very spacious room and bathroom, also exceptionally clean and well kept. Very helpful and friendly staff, giving a special homely feeling. Keep up the great work, we enjoyed our 5 day stay very much and looking forward to coming back and also sending our friends and family here!

Boutique Hotel located amidst the peaceful hills on route to Calangute. Ideal for Honeymooners and all kinds of Leisure traveller's that want to be away from the hustle & bustle of North Goa and yet be in the heart of the coastal belt....The ITC brand definitely adds value to the experience with delicious food being served in their restaurant. Rooms are very spacious & have the best wooden antique furniture preserved for 100s of years since the Portuguese Era.

Location: 5/5 Food: 5/5 Service:5/5 Room:5/5 Ameneties:5/5 We were welcomed with a garland of sea shells, staff was attentive to my need of early check-in by 3 hours and the experience of entering the room was mind blowing. Balcony and the view from Balcony is something that I wanted to take away with me. Bathroom is so huge it actually feels like another bedroom. Spa, Food, entertainment and services are of top notch. Jyothi from SPA service and Savitha from the reception were extremely helpful and always eager to help, thank you for everything.

This resort made it one of our best family outings. Right from the start, I called them up to ask if I could check in a couple of hours early and they were very welcoming. When we reached we received a warm welcome with a shell necklace and a refreshing kokum sharbat. We were auto upgraded to a bigger room. Everything in the room was just perfect! Premium feel, lovely furniture, spacious room facing swimming pool, very clean with all amenities you need. It's a cozy place with just 20 rooms and a good number of staff so they give personal attention to their guests. They take so good care of our needs, haven't experienced it anywhere else. The resort has beautiful architecture and have taken effort to make every corner beautiful, you feel you are going around in a museum. The food was amazing, lot of variety for breakfast. Only, one thing - ala carte menu was a bit over priced. The jacuzzi side bar was special and we could relax and have drinks and snack while getting a nice water massage. Finally, coming to the most important part - the staff! Always on the look for what could make us feel special. Our kids were sleeping and we had to go to flee market newrby. One of the staff sat in the room for an hour without light just so that we could go out and finish our shopping without worrying about the kids. Many things to pen down in a review. Thanks a lot people - you are a superb team and amazing people!! Just one suggestion: please see if you can have a nice play area for the kids. Overall, best of experiences! will highly recommend for families or couples. Many thanks for making our stay so special!!

My experience at this superb place was the greatest ever possible. The vibe of the place , the architecture, the art decor is so excellent and unique. Not to forget, the food is really finger licking tasty. Apart from all these aspects, the most important aspect that makes the stay stand apart from other hotels is the hospitality treatment given by each one of the staff members here, they make you feel so special and make your stay at the hotel as comfortable as your own home.
