HAD ORGANISED AN EVENT OF 148 PEOPLE .. WAS A BIG FLOP FROM SERVICE, FOOD AND DELIVERY.. THEY EVEN MISSED THE WELCOME DRINK WE ARRANGED.. STAGE LIGHTING ISSUES.. FOOD WAS NOT PROPERLY SERVED... ALL ABOVE THIS IF YOU ARE PLANNING AN EVENT YOU NEED TO BE CAREFUL ABOUT THE ARRANGEMENTS AND PROPER MANAGEMENT.. STAFFS ARE COOPERATIVE AND POLITE

World class experience at Sugar business hotel. I spent 3 weeks here and was given a VIP experience from start to finish. The care and extra detail given by each individual member of staff at the hotel was extraordinary! I highly recommend this place.

I came in from the US for my business partner’s surgery. I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the high standard of this hotel. For a business hotel it well exceeded my expectations: The menu is my favorite part of this hotel. They have a comprehensive menu with a variety of cuisines and done well. I enjoyed all of my favorite Indian food and occasionally ordered western food. The breakfast buffet is also lovely. You have you choice of a traditional Indian breakfast (idly, Kerala paratha, dosa, and the yummiest coconut chutney). You can also order special food at the breakfast buffet, which is included. For example, I ordered omlette every morning while my business partner had hard boiled eggs. They also have a lovely spread of fruit and fresh-squeezed juice. The lobby has chilled water all day for guests infused with fragrant fresh fruits. Every day house keeping came to replenish towels and change the sheets. They also cleaned the floors, wipe down the counters, and thoroughly deep clean the bathroom. Every day. They even spray this lovely fragrance every time they clean. The staff were incredibly lovely. They helped us navigate Kerala as foreigners and we felt supported every step of the way. After my business partner came home from the hospital, the hotel made him custom food according to the doctor’s orders. Very impressive. I give this hotel 10/10 for its cleanliness, customer service, convenience, food, and atmosphere. I wanted to save a little money coming to this hotel over the more expensive ones in the area and I’m so glad I did because this hotel was everything I’d hope and more. I highly recommend Sugar Hotel. Thank you so much, Sugar Hotel. 🙏🏼

Great stay. Decently spacious rooms. Neat and clean toilet. It’s a business hotel. I found lots of Arabs used to stay here. There is bar available also. I have tried the roof top bar. In the roof top the service was very poor. Nobody was there for 15-20 mins. Food is nice but a bit costly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
