it was a last minute plan to opt for this hotel. being christmas and new year season, their price was too high and not justifiable for the infrastructure , facilities and service. if they can upgrade their facilities like toilets, ac , beds , bedspreads and tv, they will do good.. else they are just ok for a nights halt and stay kind of a hotel.. i personally would not not recommend for longer stays. they have staffs to support , but they are not effective.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location with a lot of good restaurants nearby and the fact that it is not very far from Mysore railway station. Did not have a pleasant stay with family. The rooms are not all maintained, bathrooms are really small and also the bathroom doors are all badly damaged due to water. There was a Karnataka bandh on one of the days that we stayed there but the hotel didn’t have the basic courtesy to inform us in the morning that there would be no breakfast available due to that. We could have arranged at least for bread had they informed us the previous night. With a child we had to go around Mysore in the car to buy breakfast with no luck. For a such an old hotel this is basic service ethic. This place is all in all like a lodge and not fit to stay during a vacation with family.

I stayed in this hotel for 16 days because of the Dasara CM Cup 2023. The location is perfect, the housekeeping service is outstanding, and I feel some room services like coffee, water, and food are quite costly. Overall nice and clean hotel all the staff were good. Need to install new smart TVs in the room then it will add more glory.

My deepest sympathy with the careless owners who leave the hotel reception in the evening in the unsafe hands of housekeeping staff. We were on road trip to South India for 15 days across different locations. We were 3 adults and 2 kids.(both below 10 yrs). Approached this hotel on 5th January around 8 pm looking for two rooms just for the night. We were suppose to leave by 7am in the morning. The two housekeeping guys have me so much gyan on extra bed and charges and rules and bla bla that we simply crossed the road and checked into Hotel Prakash with all smiles and affordable rates as we wanted the rooms just to sleep and leave in the morning. I wonder if the owners would ever get to know that they must have missed so many guests due to lack of efficient presence at the reception.

We have booked hotel prior 2 days as soon as we reached the hotel they said our booking is not confirm and asked us arrange some other hotels. Very non friendly staff and I will never recommend this hotel to anyone 🤬🤬🤬

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
