It is very good property enroute to Binsar. Rooms are spacious and having good view of mountains. Best part was hospitality of staff. Extremely polite and helpful people. It was strange situation when we were only family that night in resort, so we were a bit scared but staff gave us nice treatment and made delicious food. I recommend this resort for stay.

The place is amazingly good with a scenic view of Mount Nanda devi. The hotel wrapped amidst a forest full of birds and tranquility is great and like a cherry on the top the service is amiable and provide all necessities required, if you are a person who wants to take some time off the busy city life this place is a must for you! The food is well done, with the chef ready to serve you is truly brilliant. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to binsar! Recommended for bird watchers and Himalaya lovers.

We had a great stay at Suman Nature Resort Binsar. Infact, we reached there pretty late, after midnight as we were travelling by self driven car from Lucknow. Mr Ashok Arya, was waiting for us & he was very cordial & immediately showed us to our rooms & made sure we were comfortable. He also said that, incase we need anything, he is there to extend help anytime. The food was good too. Breakfast was served hot & we were very happy with the service. Mr Mahipal Singh was serving us hot food & was very helpful & there till the time we finished our breakfast. We would love to go there again. The main attraction was the view from our room. Its a beautiful property & well maintained. Overall we were very happy with our stay. Thank you so much.

The location is beautiful. Nestled in the lap of nature. The service is prompt with very well mannered staff. Food is absolutely delicious. Overall stay is wonderful. Would love to visit again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
