The location is at a wonderful place. Mall road, Mandir, Nanini lake, are just at walking distance. It is ok place to stay if you are just going to sleep and freshen up. You can't really chill or enjoy it at this hotel. They do not have their kitchen. The room and washroom were also not tidy. Our overall experience at this place was ok.

They are running online scam under this hotel business, tourist booked online this hotel get confirmation and paid full amount but when u visit hotel then u realised hotel owner rejected ur booking, it's all scam and this hotel is fully fraud, don't book this hotel, we faced huge problem in nainital.

Stayed there for couple of nights and paid Rs 2500/night. Cons- 1. They gave polluted tap water in one litre bottle while ask for water as they promised. 2. Bad smell in room. (Room freshner was sprayed after complain of bad smell) 3. They fix a piece of pipe in the tap of flush shower. 4. Dirty bedsheet was provided while ask to change. 5. Shower button was broken. One can only use mug & bucket to take bath. 6. Provided towel has bad smell and uncleaned. 7. Provided soap for hand wash was local and bad quality. 8. No daily room service has been served. Pros- 1. Location is good because market, mall road, mallitaal, car parking, taxi services, was at walking distance.

Extremely bad place… don’t even think of staying here unless you want to spoil your trip. The staff is very rude and badly behaved. The place is smelling, the bathrooms are pathetic and smelling. When asked for hot water they gave water which was smelling bad I guess from geyser. It clearly seems that the place is being run by a bunch of helpers with no attention from the owner otherwise I can’t understand how a place could be this bad.

We booked the hotel through goibibo and they rejected it but we did not know that they rejected it. We knew after going there ,they told us that we rejected your booking

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
