This hotel is very nice place having amenities and good hygiene. Staff is very courteous and polite. Blue charcoal is their restaurant. They serve ample variety of options especially Veg in breakfast and dinner. Restaurant staff Arpan , Puja and others are very supportive and takes care of specific needs of elderly people and children. Location of hotel is also very near to city centre. All and all , very nice stay and will surely recommend it

We had book premium room for 3 nights but We have bad experience as there was power failure for entire night. They dont have enough DG service. In the morning we had face hot water problem as their gyzer was not working. Food quality is normal but menu is repeated

Very nice property and the location is great for having views of valley. Gangtok ropeway is just opposite to Hotel. Staff is very professional. Restaurant offers good services especially Ms. Nikita made very tasty coffee. Rooms are spacious.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
