The worst experience i’ve ever had , the room and food is good but the service is ridiculous. We booked the hotel for one night and decided to extend one more day in Darjeeling, the front desk staff assured that we can get the same room however in the morning another staff asked us to shift in a room that was not of the same standard , the alternative they provided was to leave and look for another property altogether . No communication between each other and there was a behaviour issue which made our experience unpleasant. Our entire day was ruined as we had to look for another property . Please be careful with the room heater as the room service won’t help you out , the room heater broke down because of the wrong installation for which i took the responsibility and was ready to pay for it , the MRP was around 1000 - 1200 but they were so inconsiderate that they asked us to pay 1500 and top of that didn’t even provide us with the receipt for that.

Not good. You have to ask for slippers and a dental kit. Have to pay an extra 250 per night for a heater. Lift is not working most of the time and the rooms are on the 4th floor. Not a good experience. In dine in there is only package water they didn't provide normal water. Rooms are old.

The hotel is near to the mall roa that really prevents from traffic chaos. Hotel staff was good but the service can be really improved if it paid more attention to the customer grevience. Our room was fantastic but the washroom’s washbasin was dripping and even the plumber came but could not fix it. Apart from that the coffee was not upto the mark , rest it could have been improved. Overall a great stay

Amazing Food. I haven't had such a nice and delicious food in any hotel during my tours. However the location is a bit compact but rooms are very good.

Rooms are good but difficult to find the hotel as it is in the small lane. But the building has 2 floor of shopping store. And rest 3 floor are hotel with restaurant. Restaurant is very good with Kanchanjung view.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
