        Perfect location.. Food was fantastic.. pushpa was really good in the restaurant. Rooms were spacious but a bit old structured. A bit difficult for old aged people as there are no elevator and you have to climb stairs to get in to the rooms. Cozy stay.

        I had my WORST hotel experience in my life in this hotel. You were unable to provide basic amenities like hot water in the washroom in a hill station like Gangtok on the month of January where temperature is about 4-5 degree celcius. It is humanely impossible to stay at this property in a situation like this. I had no other way but to check out prior to my scheduled booking. But the hotel staff asked me to pay full booking amount although I had not stayed for the full period because of deficiencies in your part. They wasted my valuable 2 hours which I would have utilised in visiting various places. You people ruined my travel plan.

        Had a great experience staying in this hotel. It is on best location on MG marg. Rooms were very clean. Hotel staffs are very good and co-operative especially Miss Kalsang. She is so humble

        The hotel staff was really helpful as we were delayed due to long traffic jam. But specific mention to Kalsang who supported us during off time and being really helpful for us to settle down. Definitely recommend to stay here and very near to market place which makes it much more pleasant stay.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
