Room sizes are too small and nit worth it as compared to the tariffs they have charged.inspite of the space in the room there are no chairs provided to sit and have chitchat. No mug is there in the washroom no shoes are there in this so called luxury hotel to use in the bathroom. Even they don't have any mat infront of the washroom, when we requested one they provided an old use towel infront of the washroom. There is no communication with their head offices regarding the arrival of guest and their choice of rooms, in arriving the hotels they said they were not communicated to provide us a double room instead of a triple sharing room, though we have received the confirmation mail from the head office a day before. Not at all worth it with the price paid. They charged 6000rs per night in a double bed room, with these price one can easily get better accomation near the mall in a much luxurious hotels. Not at all satisfied

I've managed to survive a horrific incident, as I write this review from my hotel room (it's 1:30 AM, and I lack the courage to sleep here), the events of yesterday weigh heavily on my mind. Between 4 and 5 AM, an intruder entered my room, No. 205, through the window, making off with two iPhones. It took six agonizing hours to gain access to the CCTV footage after filing an FIR. Regrettably, the CCTV coverage does not extend to the backside of the hotel. The ease with which someone could enter a hotel room through a window is beyond belief. In my state of shock and helplessness, the hotel staff, rather callously, insisted on either checking out or paying extra for extended time before I escalated to higher management. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel if security is a concern for you.
