The hotel need some serious upgrade. Bed sheets and bath towel provided are worn out. Water heater works fine but hot water availability is 20 minutes after each use. Staff are helpful and courteous. Food is just average.

Hospitality is good and the staff members are giving excellent service to their guest…Thanks to Riya ma’am for here excellent service and for being so polite with the kids we came with . would recommend all to come and enjoy there stay here as the staff will make sure u have a comfortable stay here .

Swiss Summit Hotel and Resort in Darjeeling holds beautiful view. My recent trip to Darjeeling was an amazing experience with their amazing hospitality and service. Staffs are friendly and are always ready to serve. Shiva, Rajie, Debika were amazing during our stay . I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who visits Darjeeling ! 5 star , keep it up!!!

Service is excellent, the staffs were prompt but the hotel is unmaintained and needs some serious attention. They have old dirty looking linens, and not so tidy rooms. Its more like a hotel than a resort. Their new year tariff was a total rip off for the standard of the rooms and the gala dinner with average buffet spread. If your room is in the new building then there will be no heritage feel it's just like any other normal hotel. It is quite difficult to reach the property on foot because of the narrow road and frequency of vehicles. Sometimes the air is very polluted in that zone because of the train station downhill. If you looking for a relaxed moutain vibe greenery stay then this is not the right pick.

Such a great ambiance of summit swiss heritage. Really awesome hospitality, food quality, staff behavior, rooms etc. The hotel has a wonderful view from terrace and rooms. i really loved this hotel and speacialy the employee name "Romika" , "Purbha" , "Yogesh" , " kritan "and "Niharika" they are such a loving person of mine♥️

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
