I stayed there from 12/01/24 to 14/01/24 and the experience was overall good. The pros are location, rooms , food and service. At first we were allotted room no 307 which was a sea facing room but very small. After complaining they shifted us to room no 305 which was bigger than the previous one. The food and service were good. All the staff at the hotel were courteous and helpful. The hotel is situated adjacent to the beach and sprawling over a vast tract of land. The only con I found is the maintenance. The property needs complete overhauling. The management should inject more capital to properly maintain it. This one was once the property of the Rose Valley group and now has been taken over by the Chocolate Group.

This is really way too frustrating to find the most unhygienic rooms. Each and every pic of this resort in the internet appears very fascinating but in reality it's really bad. The only good thing that I found is the behaviour of the staffs😊😊. This place is not suitable for relaxation as it is very unhygienic for our health. They should make the rooms clean or renovations is more preferable. Hence I won't come back here again for my trip. The most frustrating area to come. People who are prone to allergies they should never ever come here. This is all about my frustrating vacation. I will not prefer anyone to come here for their vacation......... FRUSTRATING 😒😒😒😒

Very clean & well maintained resort in affordable price. The location is perfect with a mind blowing personal sea beach. The food were also good. Behaviour of all the staffs were very polite and cooperative. The ambience including paddle boat and swimming pool made the resort more attractive. But the price of all food items were little bit costly.

I recently stayed at a hotel, and it was a disappointing experience overall. The room was poorly maintained, with outdated furniture and questionable cleanliness. The staff seemed indifferent to guest needs, providing subpar service. Additionally, the amenities promised were either unavailable or in poor condition. Overall, it was not worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
