It was an amazing hotel...with nice views and delicious food which by the way was phenomenal... definitely recommend their laal maas. The room service was great and we really loved it. The only thing I would say is that they could maintain it a bit more but overall it was a great hotel with all the necessary amenities.

I am having an excellent time here. The overall ambienec is excellent. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Staffs are very courteous. FNB team is excellent, especially Mr.Vijendra Singh is exceptionally polite and professional. The food quality is very good, though I would have preferred to have few more options for dishes in the Non Veg section. But overall experience, so far has been excellent.

The property and interiors are beautiful, however, the rooms are not well maintained and are not worth the price. The towels are dirty, the plug points do not fit the chargers properly and the television in the room is old and has horizontal lines making it uncomfortable to watch the same. Wouldn't recommend for staying.

Rooms a bit tired. Individual service was good, but let down by: - Only most expensive premium brands available in the always empty bar, despite others on the menu. Not cheap. Use the liquor store over the road if you need a drink. - Restaurant always empty in evening. If you don't want to go out, order room service as the food was actually good. - The nightmare that is there Saturday Night Pool Party at their rooftop pool. This sits directly above the bedrooms, and the music so loud that glasses vibrated on our desk, the music reverberated around the bedroom even with the TV turned up. The hotel's answer > but a ticket and go join the party. Don't expect any rest of a Saturday evening, and don't bring young children that you might want to get to sleep.

Worst experience too much pathetic they are unprofessional, rude and arrogant, and I would also like to say cheaters. They showed no quality of a 5 star hotel they showed that it is Oyo staff only. The room I booked not provided with the same category provided lower category room and instead of that they are arguing and showing I am not right, while I have the proof. The man in the front desk not carrying name plate the one with less height and fair colour less hairs is too abusing and just very unprofessional arrogant with edicates. I dont know why even is he in this profession and how can any one hire him. And also in the food section they all are lairs mean truly please don't come in their jhasas they will only disappoint you and on sitting infront of you they insist to write a good review online so don't trust even reviews for the hotel. Hotel needs to change the staff if wants regular customers ...

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
