Not worth the price paid. Room was too compact. AC and fans both were not working properly. Basic amenities like bath towel, Tea maker were not provided. Staff was co-operative, property is well maintained. Strongly not recommended please go for other options nearby.

Worst hotel. No cleanliness. Rated themselves as 3star. A local lodge provides better amenities. Spoiled our whole trip. We had to check out in two hours and found some other hotel. Just avoid this property. Otherwise your goa holidays will be spoiled.

Zero value for humanity. I booked 4days before and I visited with one year baby. Receptionist Mr Dinesh didn't allow to enter in the room though my name was there in the booking list also didn't agree with keeping 4K refundable charges . Reaolved after 1hr. Next day I asked to change the bedsheet at 9pm since bad was full of sand and he said time is 2 to 6pm . But office boy agreed to change the bed sheet in front of him. I asked for plate since I orderd food from out side but his response was really bad Bed matress was very bad. There was spring only with out any foam . He forced us to adjust with that . I asked to arrange something on the floor. Then office boy changed it after seeing this. Again there is an option to order breakfast early morning if any guest plan for early morning tour . He didn't tell me . Last day I got to know from restaurants. Soo many issues. And room quality also bad didn't give towels also . Mr Dinesh, I know you are a good business man and very good to your boss or company but humanity should be first should give minimum respect to your guest . Writing this review for next guest. Pls be good to your guest 🙏

I had visited this place for vacation trip with my wife. The stay was amazing, the rooms were near and clean, they have a nice pool. They offered tasty breakfast. The hotel is at prime location very nearby to all main locations. Al carta food was also available. They have musical events live music by pool side which is enjoyable.Special thanks to Sanjay Patilji and Manjari Ma'am for all support and cooperation at stay.

Food is great. Pool area is nice. Location is near to all happening places. Rooms are also great. We have stayed for two days but they are not cleaning the rooms in between days. On service terms they have to improve a bit. Other wise a nice place to visit.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
