Service speed was spectacular! Soo many amenities you need 3 days to see them all Rooms were very clean and cozy Location is amazing! Very good views from the villas 3 pools Every pool is unique And you get cycles to go around the resort A must visit place!

We visited for the christmas weekend. It is a huge property but looks more of a real estate venture than a resort for the major part of it. The part which is developed as a resort is good and have a few places for nice photo opportunities especially the flower street and the fish feeding place and recreational activities like cycling, swimming and playing few sports. The resort has a no vehicle rule but there buggies take forever to come. The cycles are not upto the mark and not properly maintained. The response also takes time and is not upto the mark. The food is a major disaster especially at open dining at flower street. The place was severely understaffed with zero hospitality whatsoever. Just for a example the server brought a chicken curry with no spoon or plate to serve. The taste was also okayish. The morning buffet breakfast was little better than the dinner but nowhere near the five starish prices they charge. The rooms were fine but the bathrooms can be a lot better. Overall a forgettable experience except for the few nice photos we clicked and a entertaining swim session with the slides.

This is my 6th time visiting the resort. Absolutely loved the colors of the plantations. It was very eye pleasing. The rooms are ok. Service is good, and the place is away from the noisy city and a very good place to relax with family and friends.

We blocked day package for 16 people and they charged 2000 per head. They supplied horrible lunch with one chicken fry and one chicken curry. We can't find other non-veg other than chicken. The welcome drink also very poor quality. They provided only pakodi in snacks. Positive ponts: 1.Atmosphere 2. Breakfast Negative points: 1.Low quality welcome drink. 2. Horrible lunch with only chicken fry and curry 3. To much waiting for electric vehicles. 4. Very low amenities 5. High charge for low quality swimming dresses. 6. Poor wasrooms (At a time two persons can use it) 7. Poor maintained dressing rooms at the pool. You people can imagine how they managed to get best theme resort in AP 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 Last word: Not recommended

Very bad and fully commercial. Rooms are old and disgusting. Bad . Old and untidy bathrooms. Overall experience is pathetic. You can go for day visit. But strictly recommend not to stay there.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
