It was Great stay here. Beautiful Place. Lovely rooms and the surrounding of the resort is lovely. Resort owner was very helpful and has given very good Service. I would definitely recommend stay here. Camel Safari in the Evening was too good followed by Morning Jeep Safari. Food was tasty and Cultural Evening Program along with Camp Fire was Wonderful. Will like to visit again

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. As soon as you come out of the resort, we just need to cross the road and there is a direct path leading to the desert. It felt like a very clean and clear sand, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is at best place of Desert Area.

We were 2 couples and rented the Jaisalmer tents. The tents we spacious, well equipped and clean. We had running hot and cold water. We stayed for 3 nights and the tent was cleaned each morning by the friendly staff. The entire staff, is very friendly a made excellent breakfast and dinner for us. The food is local varieties and very well prepared. We will give the staff 100% rating for their enthusiasm and sincerity. The manager - Mr Monu is is an excellent human beings.

Nicely equipped comfortable resort. Food was basic and average. Tent space, restrooms were pretty big, both with cottage and tents. Cultural show was good. Snacks and welcome drinks were also provided. Polite and helpful staff. They also provide complimentary camel ride which is not very long 10mins max. For the camel ride in the desert, they also provide a jeep ride into the dunes. If you do not want the jeep ride, they take you for a camel ride at a different place. We chose the jeep and camel ride combo and they took us to the dunes.

Sunrise Desert Resort is now my favourite place! The place is awesome, far away from all other camp sites. The tents are awesome, spacious and clean. The food is great, had breakfast and dinner there for the 2 nights i stayed. The cultural program is amazing and interactive. The staff is very respectful and very responsive. Barkat are super hosts. The services offered are unmatched. We did camel safari, jeep safari, and star gazing all of which was included in the package itself. I would encourage everyone to go there once and experience the life there!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
