I along with my wife stayed in the hotel. I found the hotel excellent for staying. Good ambiance, polite and gentle Manager and Staff and, above all , an excellent location of the hotel allowed our trip to Ooty a memorable one. I remember the very good cleanliness of the hotel as also good and hygienic breakfast provided by the hotel management.

Well maintained oyo , great view from room balcony, reasonable price, attached restaurant, easily accessible for tourists spots, this oyo is situated middle of the town…… easily accessible for shopping also ….. car & bike parking available gated type secured

Rooms are very good, located in city centre in low cost, difficulty i faced was, i booked 2 rooms in discount of 800rs, and paid with that discount while booking. But in the time of checking hotel not allowed me to check because they only received my money , they didnt received discounted money from oyo, after the receiptionist spoke with oyo customer care agent for 30 mins, they give us rooms. No tamil and english customer cares, personally thank recieptionist.

Rooms are not hygiene, service is good enough and food also is fine, location is also prime if they could maintain the rooms and bathrooms a bit more hygiene this is a budget friendly hotel to stay in ooty

The rooms were in the center of ooty, so no chilly vibes. Also the room mattress and pillows were somewhat smelly, not stinky though, for 2.4k per night, it's not worth it

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
