        Please don't go to this place.. I booked this place via oyo for my family... But this hotel is worst... They give their room for hourly system for couple or whatever.. Lot of people come here for illegal things...this place is Not safe for girls and boys too .. I checked out with my sister and dad within 3 hour's and booked another hotel.. Don't embrace yourself to book the hotel.this hotel is not for gentle people ..worst hotel I have ever stay..... Not classy at all.......bathroom flash was not working. Very smelly room..food was not available.. Bedsheets are smelly... They don't even know how to talk.... Please please please don't book this hotel.....

        Please don't consider this place for your stay with family. I have booked the rooms via OYO and have given a call to confirm if they accept booking via OYO and early check in option. Over the call they didn't mention anything and asked me to come. So went there directly with my family (including 3 senior citizens). First thing they have said "they don't accept OYO bookings" and second of all they quoted the price 3 times as of room tarrif mentioned in OYO that too for 12 hours of stay. Worst of all they didn't have working water heater in our rooms in December cold season. My family had worst nightmare during the stay. Please don't embarass yourself in front of your family by booking here.

        A pathetic hotel and cheap staff. The staffs don't know how to talk politely. After paying money they still act like you came to stay rent free. Don't attend to you and left us unattended even after booking in advance. Worst is the manager didn't even bother to check their computer system, they just denied us rooms, after we paid them. They don't have proper management at this hotel and management has no manners, or any idea of how to talk to guests, super rude management. Hope they change their system immediately. Please learn your job, you're literally paid money to do that!

        Worst experience ever. Never ever check in at this place. It’s nothing similar to what is shown in pics. Had to wait for almost 30 min to get a room that too after creating a scene. Initially they gave a double room temporarily and then shifted to single occupancy room later. That’s not the worst part, there were no clean bed sheets and when asked for towels, told that towel has finished and cant help. No toiletries nor water available. On top of everything made to pay 40% extra than in app. Such a pathetic experience and won’t suggest anyone ever to check in here.

        Don't trust this hotel from oyo even if you've paid online for your checkin they won't allow. I was told I couldn't stay as there were no room available. Even tho I booked in oyo a month ago. I had to pay extra to stay over there and the rooms are not worth it at all. No good washroom ac keeps dripping water and people there only wants money that's all they care about they don't care how you stay.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.
          The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.
          If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.
          If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.
          Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.
          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
