Stayed for 5 days/4 nights at Hotel Rudra Grand on Kondapur Road. Rooms & beds were clean. Check-in & Check-out process was quick & easy. Had lot of places to visit & restaurants to eat nearby. Only issue while staying was lack of hot water on the first 2 days specially in winter season. Overall good hotel for staying.

Overpriced hotel with poor service, dirty rooms, bed and furniture. The room was full of mosquitoes and overall it's extremely overpriced. There is no breakfast in the hotel and the area around the hotel doesn't have any options either. There are much better hotels in this area with cheaper price and better service.

Bad experience with this hotel what all bad reviews are there that's absolutely TRUE 1) Receptionist using Bad words 2) they will no provide additional bills 3) Rooms are not clean 4) bathroom doors are not good 5) And main think is they will cheat for out state guest 6) cheating means in payment if you made through upi means they are considering under machine slip and also your bank statement they will not allow gpay history I stayed for 2 nights and I paid through upi and they told me that after 2 days also it's not credited that's like that be carfull 7) very bad experience 8) Note : good Reviews can made by their frinds and family But always check with bad Reviews that will very helpfull And also I did double payment soo be carefully before booking this hotel very bad experience 9) complimentary bottles also not providing 10) Ac not working 11) lights also 12) smelly I hope that all can understand with

0/5. Worst ever experience. I have booked a room through Agoda and when I went to check-in the hotel, I was denied check in. While booking the room, it was selected as 2 adults but I was the single person and I've told the same thing while showing my ID card. The person in the reception was asking me to provide the ID card of the second person while I clearly mentioned him that i am alone and there is no second person but the receptionist was so rude that he was abusive and rude while answering and later denied check-in and dared me to do whatever i want but i wont be given check-in. The payment was made online while booking so he even denied to refund me for the denial of check-in. Worst ever experience i had with this hotel.

I would recommend staying here. The hotel might look pretty from outside. But, the room suck. First, the bathroom didn't a proper lock. A small steel rode & ply thing was installed to hold the door. The bathroom wasn't clean to. There were no windows in the bathroom & room. The room had a very weird smell & air was damped. The room was suffocating with even a.c on. I have stayed at many hotel where windows are closed. But, they don't suffocate you. Find another place. There are many good places around. Don't stay here

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
