Overall the only thing I didn't like was the check-in process. Even after booking through OYO they were asking me to pay ~₹700 more then what was the charges given by OYO. After some time of arguing they agreed to settle on the OYO pricing. If the check-in would have been smooth I would have given 5-stars. Room (Delux) - Nice, neat, maintained and clean room. However, in Winter season the room gets too cold. I was also instructed to not to open the window due to monkeys' interference outside (understandable), which caused a little suffocation type or in jail/house-arrested type feelling LOL. But these cons are very little compared to the pros of staying at this hotel (Delux room). Bathroom - The bathroom was also very neat and clean, and luxurious type to some extent. Due to the bathroom being good enough made me very comfortable. Service - I didn't make much use of the room service. So I would rate it decent or satisfatory. Food service - Out of all the items mentioned in the menu, very few were available to order. Also since it was Hotel's own restaurant, it was a bit expensive. The food was very tasty and in good quantity. Location - One good thing about the location is, it's very near to the Lucknow NR station (~1 KM).

The owner was very bad. if you belong to reputed family dont go there. when we went there they were misbehaving because we have cancelled their room. The room rate was highly different from what i have booked l. They were charging 1000extra so we decided not to take that room after that they started souting. The women owner was pushing abusing she was calling her servants like mc yaha aoo . Its a typical oyo hotel which serves it usual purpose for which oyo is known. families should not go there otherwise u will stuck in some useless argument. The reviews are completely fake dont rely on them.

Bedsheets, blanket and pillow were dirty as hell from inside. They have covered it with pillow cover and blanket cover but still somehow visible Washroom and room was okay and comfortable and but they need to get more focused on service. They have not even provided some complimentry stuff which even worse to worse other hotel provides. First time in Lucknow and very bad experience with this hotel

One of the worst services, the reception has zero empathy towards the guests. They charge extra even after advance booking. Even after knowing that the difference in booking will be managed by the booking service company, they still treat you as if you are living for free. Hotel infrastructure is good and location is okayish but near to metro.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
