PLEASE DONT BOOK ROOM IN THIS HOTEL👎🏻❌❌❌ So smelly and unhygienic room i have ever seen. Even water bottles are not provided. No towels , soap anything ... broken TV remote with no batteries, AC not working properly. Staff working are cheapest ones🤦🏻‍♂️ Providing a room in this condition for customers.

Worst room ever seen before… never book room with OYO rating.. no customer respect… even no change the bed sheets after another person checkout.. room full of drinking smell and smoking smell .. I paid 2600 for 2 rooms. Waste of money and time .. please don’t book without visiting the place and don’t online booking with online rating in OYO. After checkout time they charge 200 per hour for this worst room and service.. this type of scam ever seen before. ITS NOT FOR FAMILY MEMBERS 😡😡😡

Most pathetic staff especially manager super rude, non politite no manners. Dirty rooms / full of mosquitos couldn't sleep all night. Charged extra and I would recommend don't even stay for free out there and this hotel oyo should blacklist

One of the pathetic hotel ever visited under the brandship of OYO.The hotel isn't safe for family.The room pictures are contradictory to what has been shown.The bedsheet where stained with blood,body fluid and what not.The room where stinky and we asked to get the bedsheets changed or room changed which never happened even after waiting for 30minutes.We moved out of the garbage at night itself and had to search for a better hotel.Extremely unpleasant experience.

One of the worst place for stay the staff are super rude, unhygienic rooms with bad smell all over, tv and AC doesn't work overall very bad experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
