My stay at Vinayaka Luxury Rooms for a day was quite disappointing. The rooms were not only dirty but also too small. Even as a single person, I didn't feel comfortable in that conjugated spaces. This place is definitely not suitable for families, and the manager's behavior didn't make things better. I would recommend it better to be far from this luxurious rooms.

My hotel stay was the worst experience I ever had. The room lacked cleanliness, and the staff made it even more worse. The place seemed unhinged with a lot of mosquitos, and the staff's indifference left me feeling unwelcome. Despite multiple reminders, they failed to provide me cells for AC remote. It was a disappointing waste of time and money.

I booked a room via OYO-Before booking I checked room photos/images-it was looking ok but in reality the room is in the worst condition - once you enter into room you feel whether it is hotel or hostel too much dirty inside the room and bathroom is too small and also horrible with cockroaches. The hotel receptionist is a very arrogant person he doesn't even know how to talk with people. The bed is looking like a Govt Hospital bed they don't even change the pillow covers and bedsheets and for that kind of room they are charging 1000 rs per day and 500 extra for 3 hours pre check-in. The only location is the plus point otherwise the hotel is in the worst condition nothing is maintained properly. Room tip: Never ever go to this hotel

This hotel is the worst one not even having one good point to mention. The staff are terrible they don't even have minimum respect towards the guests. Rooms are of the worst quality, the switch board is broken, beds are fully occupied with bugs bug 🪲 in it and room is full of cockroaches 🪳. It is a mess in the middle of a messy location. It seems like an old PG is converted into a Hotel. The only reason to book the hotel is by seeing the Oyo rating. I am not able to figure out how such a worst hotel has a 4 ⭐ rating in the Oyo.

Not spacious at all. The room just had a bed and it covers most of the part. No table, no chair, nothing. Staff needs to be taught how to communicate with customers, rude communication. We are not staying for free, at least they should talk properly with the customers.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
