Terrible experience. We had to keep calling reception for staff to come and change bed sheets and blanket cover but they either took 2 hours to come or did not come at all. I would recommend everybody to not choose this place. Rooms, washroom, sheets and blanket covers were not clean at all. Staff were also not polite and very rude. There is no negative rating otherwise i would have given that.

They are running a full scam , never ever book this property with Oyo. I booked my room and already did the payment online. But the staffs didn’t let me check in saying the rooms are already full. Later they told us that they can’t provide rooms because we are drunk even when we all were sober. Oyo also didn’t gave us any refund. They all are together in this scam buisness. Better use MMT or something instead

Average budget hotel, you have to ask to replace liens if they dirty. Location wise good if you are visiting IIT . This hotel is near to Hyderabad gate of BHU.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
