        Unprofessional receptionists are working there. Their restaurant and bar are together, so there are so many drunken people who stare at you every time you go out. - poor room service - They didn't provide mineral water, they only provided water in a jug and we don't know if it's fresh or how old it's been. - Their restaurant is always filled with drunkards. And we can't order outside food. - AC not working - Food restriction - gust restriction - etc etc.... !!!!!!

        Don't stay here.... Worst and waste hotel. I have stayed 4 days... But No service... And for complimentary breakfast they provide only appam for 4 days... We had it from outside. And the Towel they are giving is also using for cleaning floor that much dirty. Very bad....

        Response of the service persons are not very pleasing not in the interest of the guests. Not giving basic things like hangers for dresses. Bedsheet dirty, towel dirty. I felt as if they are not so interested to serve the guest rather they are doing a favor to the guests. Since it is in roadside, vehicle movement noise is very disturbing. Even they told to serve breakfast at 8:30QM, and I requested to server on time or before, they have not served yet at 9:15AM. Now they are telling breakfast won't be possible what they told before as chapati and curry, can you manage with bread and butter. This is worst. Don't book this hotel.

        The hotel rooms were good and worth the price but the staff were kinda rude, and they overcharged us a little. I visited the place and made a booking, i saw the price on the oyo app and with discounts it was 1288(i haven't made the booking till now). So i asked the guy the price shown on the app is 1288 and he disagrees and tells me how it must be a bug from oyo's side but u cant make a booking for 1288. And then I contacted the oyo customer care after talking for around 20mins They told me it's better if u can just book from the guy at the reception, so i paid an extra of 200 and booked the room for 1500. But the rooms were clean and tidy, just the service was not that good

        One of the worst hotel I'm choosing yesterday. Front office staff very rude behaviour. Me and my family also it's AC not working properly TV is not working. Even guys nobody please don't choose this hotel it's main reason staff behaviour it's rude and harsh poor room service - They didn't provide mineral water, they only provided water in a jug and we don't know if it's fresh or how old it's been. - Their restaurant is always filled with drunkards. And we can't order outside food. - Food restriction - gust restriction It's front office staff mentally He is the owner of the full property....
